Built in 2011, our modern Town Homes offer four bedrooms with attached bathrooms. Washer and dryers in each unit, and two separate living areas. These units walk out directly to our covered parking spaces, the ultimate in convenience. With only two bedrooms per floor, there is an increased sense of personal space.

We have one women's spot for sale for the remainder of the Spring Semester for $500. Please let us know if you are interested.  

We are sold out of parking for the Fall Semester.  You can purchase a U parking permit through the City of Rexburg which will allow you to park on the street near the complex.  We can give you all the information and send you a reminder when to purchase the parking.  Please call us at 208-356-5097 if you have any questions or to be added to our waitlist.
