Apartment Updates

New updates are coming to the Apartment Homes at American Avenue. Several updates have been installed, and the following have been announced for completion starting Winter 2019. Stay tuned, more announcements are coming for Fall 2021!

Fall 2021

  • New Couches in each unit.  Bye black pleather!
  • New flooring project started, Building A and F completed.  More replacement scheduled for 2022.
  • We aren't quite ready to reveal but there are more apartments and cabinets getting painted during all the breaks!

Winter 2019

  • New Mattresses
  • New Lighting
  • New Hardware Package
  • New Cafe Dining Tables and Chairs or Stools
  • New Marble Look Coffee Tables
  • New Couches for Women's 3x3 Apartments
  • New steel food storage racks for all 3x2 apartments
  • New 50" smart TV's
  • New TV Cabinet
